For this purpose, we have developed several online tools and ensure that every request and customer contact is handled personally.

To track your shipment, you can use our Shipment tracking tool ‘TurFrika Tracker’. Visibility is an integral part of any supply chain ant the TurFrika Tracker tool makes it quick and convenient to see exactly where a customer’s goods are at any given point in the supply chain.

After placing an order, it is essential to know where it is at all times and when a shipment will be delivered.

Delivery information and shipment tracking serve to reassure our customers and make deliveries more reliable. It is with this in mind that CEVA Logistics has created the shipment tracking tool: ‘TurFrika Tracker’Find out how to track the progress of your delivery and when your shipment will be delivered.

Thanks to the “TurFrika Tracker” tool, you never lose sight of your parcel from start to finish and can easily anticipate its delivery.

While we endeavour to avoid such a situation, we reassure you that in the event of a shipment being delayed or lost, we will always be on hand to help and to work with you to find a solution.

Submitting a claim and contacting TurFrika Logistics customer service

If you wish to file a complaint, you can contact the TurFrika Logistics team in two different ways.

To submit a claim for a lost or damaged shipment, complete the “Submit a claim” form on our website. A TurFrika Logistics representative will assess your request and contact you. 

If you wish to file a complaint about another issue, you can also contact our customer service department using the contact form on our website.
