After placing an order, it is essential to know where it is at all times and when a shipment will be delivered.

Submitting a claim and contacting TurFrika Logistics customer service

If you wish to file a complaint, you can contact the TurFrika Logistics team in two different ways.

To submit a claim for a lost or damaged shipment, complete the “Submit a claim” form on our website. A TurFrika Logistics representative will assess your request and contact you. 

If you wish to file a complaint about another issue, you can also contact our customer service department using the contact form on our website.
